Includes employee's weekly/bi-monthly/monthly/yearly earnings, bonuses, commissions, hours worked, Federal withholding, Social Security withholding, Medicare withholding, Illinois withholding, sick time, vacation time, garnishments, child support, etc. Amounts are shown in year-to-date format.
